TEAM ANNOUNCEMENTS
Every Baseball player must have a Face-to-Face Concussion Card or Online Concussion Certificate on file in order to participate in any sport at Porter.
ATHLETIC PHYSICAL FORMS must be on file in order to participate in Porter's Baseball program.
IF we are able to schedule some HOME games, only Porter Baseball players with a current Sports Physical on file will be eligible to play.
All students must have a PERMISSION FORM and ATHLETIC PHYSICAL FORMS on file in order to participate in both the practices and games.
All students MUST BE PICKED UP by 5:30pm from Practice.
Siblings will not be permitted to stay after school while student is on the baseball field (unless the parent is present.)
