Safety Patrol Meeting: 4/25
Geography: Wax Museum Research Packet Due 4/26
Math: In math, the students have been assessed on the geometry unit. The students
will begin to start Measurement this week beginning with Area and Perimeter.
Language Arts: In LA, the students will be finishing their explanatory writings. We will begin to review all of our language arts standards in preparation for our Reading SOL. Our new read aloud is Holes by Louis Sachar.
Science: We have started our LAST science unit, Geology. This week our target will be the how fossils ate created and how human's impact geology every day.
Geography:Parents should have been notified about the students Wax Museum Research project via the Wax Museum Descriptions Contract that was sent home last week to be signed. The will be completing some portions of the project in class. We will be starting our Southwest/West unit this quarter beginning with the political and physical features of both regions.
